Challenge:
Our client's current process of sales force reporting was completely paper-based. Their sales representatives submitted field work reports twice in a week to the zonal offices, from which the reports were derived for tracking various performance metrics, reviews and analysis. There was a lot of data-entry duplication in the current format where the same data point was getting captured in various formats that needed to be addressed.

The challenge was to simplify and accelerate the speed of sales force reporting, providing real-time info and analytical reports for better and faster decision-making.

Solution ::
Mobiquest™'s daily sales reporting application for mobile: MobiSales The MobiSales solution provided a consistent, reliable and secure information exchange between their field sales representatives and the company. The platform provided a simple mobile-based interface for the sales representatives to enter their daily field work report to the head office.

The MobiSales product was seamlessly adapted to our client's business process and integrated to their existing business requirements. The platforms' customizable web panel helped them define organization hierarchy, assign leads and generate more than 20 types of MIS reporting.

The solution also addressed the investment costs on procuring the mobile devices for client. Since, the total number of field sales representative exceeded in thousands the MobiSales solution was customized to install on all range of existing handsets of their field sales staff.
