Overview
Mobiquest implemented a Mobile based reporting solution enabling instant Customer Verifications, Credit Checks & Collections on the field.

Problem Description
Courier companies typically have a large number of field executives who have to ensure customer verification, send payment collection reports of their area to their office.

The current process of field force reporting was manual & paper-based. Field executives used to submit field work reports twice in a week to the zonal offices. The reports were then data entered into a CRM system at the head office for generating various performance metrics, reviews and analysis. This paper based reporting process had a lot of data-entry duplication where the same data point was captured in various formats. Also it was a very time consuming task. This needed to be immediately addressed.

Mobiquest was sought assistance to study the manual process and provide recommendations on how to deliver the same solution at a much lower cost while improving current service performance & better field force management. Additionally, the courier company also sought assistance with the initial implementation of those recommendations.

Solution
The courier company selected mobile based solution - Mobi Track for courier, a product developed by Mobiquest that helps to automate the entire field force reporting process. The system allows their field executives to enter the name of the customer visited, mode of payment, the amount collected from the customer and at what time. Also if the payment is not made, the executive can easily enter the reason for non payment. This data travels in real time back to the organizations' central CRM system.

Earlier there was no update in the office as to what is the payment collection status till date etc until a report was sent by the field executive in the office. But now with MobiTrack, a courier company can easily find out what is the package delivery status or the payment collection status at any point of time.

A secure web backend is provided for user account management, allows managers to approve/disapprove/review reports data sent to them and the version trail feature allows the management to track all field modified.

The web panel also provides an option to view user report, user status, registration of new user or company and maintain user details, allocation can also be changed which is either partial or full.
